Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Ontario Corporation.
Job Summary:The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services, as well as managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Client focus and excellent communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks
- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- English
- 40 hours per week
