Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Ontario Corporation.

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services, as well as managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
