- Develop and manage strategies to create and distribute stronger internal communication tactics, including emails, town halls, newsletters, publications, and employee contests.
- Explore and implement internal communication and engagement tools, such as social media platforms and collaboration software.
- Develop issue management strategies as necessary to mitigate risks and protect the company's reputation.
- Represent the company at events such as tradeshows, press conferences, and other special events to showcase the company's expertise and build relationships with stakeholders.
