Food Service Lead

We are seeking a Food Service Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and food quality in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless daily operations
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting a safe and efficient working environment
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, focusing on exceptional customer experiences
- Hire and manage a team of food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Able to supervise 3-4 people and lead by example
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking required throughout the shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
