Job Title: Senior Manager, Cloud Platforms

CDW is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Cloud Platforms to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our cloud solutions strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Solution Architects to develop and implement cloud solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our cloud solutions.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Exhibit and advance technology leadership by communicating, developing, and supporting the team on changes in technologies, procedures, and solution implementations.
  • Drive quality and consistency in sales methodology and deliverables across the team and the Solution Architecture practice.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions that differentiate CDW in the marketplace.
  • Drive CDW customer wins, references, and case studies through our partners.
  • Ensure CDW solutions drive profit sources including product resale, professional services, and managed services.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical architecting experience.
  • 3+ years leading a team of technical, customer-facing resources within a Sales organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management, and executives.
  • Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the Government of Canada.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes.
