Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Sharma Wealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • MS Office
  • Criminal record check
  • Attention to detail

  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers
