Job Summary

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to work weekend shifts in various locations in Winnipeg. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide care and support to individuals in their homes and out in the community, promoting independence and encouraging decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical, emotional, and social support to individuals in a respectful and caring manner.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
  • Transport individuals to and from activities and home in a safe and careful manner.
  • Contribute to a warm and comfortable home environment.
  • Complete and maintain required documentation.
Requirements
  • Canadian Grade 10 Education or equivalent.
  • Full or Intermediate Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License.
  • Smart device with internet access.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
