Job Title: Courier Driver

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and Pickup: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Record Keeping: Keep a record of items received and delivered.
  • Preparation and Restocking: Prepare, package, and restock goods as needed.
  • Load and Unload: Load and unload goods from vehicles.
  • Navigation and Record Keeping: Follow directions, read maps, and record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence.
  • Driving Record: Have a clean driving record.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
