We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Acklands-Grainger inc. as a Brand Experience Specialist. This role will be responsible for producing positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market with an average of 40-45 current accounts and an average of $2M dollars annually.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for assigned accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage daily business activities, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to the District Sales Manager.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.
The successful candidate will be required to attend customer sites and adhere to safety requirements, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary. Additionally, some customers may have alcohol and drug screening policies for on-site contractors and vendors.
