Merchandising Specialist - Flowers and Plants

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for flowers and plants? Do you enjoy working independently and have excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to work as a Merchandising Specialist, overseeing the floral and plant sections at multiple retail locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product presentation, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and addressing any out-of-stock issues.

Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at multiple retail stores, including restocking and maintaining sections
  • Address any out-of-stock issues and ensure product availability
  • Clean and maintain sections, including dusting display fixtures and removing dead plants
  • Water plants and flowers, and submit daily visit reports
  • Visit stores three times a week and maintain a good relationship with store managers
  • Remove any dead leaves or blooms, and unsalable products
  • Take photos of displays to track progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required. You must have a smartphone and access to the internet.
