Job Title: Instructor of Persons with Disabilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Disabilities to join our team at Phoenix Development Centre. As an Instructor, you will work with clients to develop life skills, assess cognitive, social, and emotional barriers, and collaborate with specialists to create personalized education and intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals
  • Assist students to develop life skills
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate
  • Behaviour management Certification
  • Intensive behavioural intervention Certification
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
