About the Role:

Clover Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our healthcare technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product managers, to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain our full-stack engineering capabilities, including front-end and back-end development.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that our codebase is maintainable, efficient, and scalable.
  • Identify and prioritize technical initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.
  • Experience with functional or imperative programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, Go, C, or Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
