Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our auto parts store in Mission, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results
- Ensure customer needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

- Merchandise products effectively to maximize sales and profitability
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in auto parts retail business, with management experience required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to produce results while maintaining a positive team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
