The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Team Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Personal Qualities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Client Focus: Client-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Proactive and able to take initiative to resolve problems and improve processes.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
