The Role:We are looking for a technically adept Quality Specialist to support the development and improvement of quality management systems (QMS), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in risk management activities to ensure products meet customer satisfaction, regulatory, and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are understood and integrated into every aspect of operations.
- Ensure Solace products meet customer expectations and comply with performance standards, including internal and external regulatory obligations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS), including key metrics and trends.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS and the overall quality of products.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes aligned with the organization's risk appetite.
- Oversee the creation, revision, and control of quality documentation, ensuring all processes are accurately and regularly documented.
- Promote a quality-focused culture throughout the organization.
- Technical Diploma or Undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering or a quality-related field.
- 2 years of experience in quality management.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to effectively collect/present information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
