We recognize our team of dedicated and customer-oriented employees as a vital strength within our organization. We are currently looking to fill the position of:
**Quality Assurance & Inspection Associate**

**Requirements**:

- Certification as an engineering technologist or 5+ years of technical documentation/inspection experience.
- 12+ months experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret standards, and resolve inconsistencies.
- Preferred: ERP system experience, knowledge of Defense Technical Publications, mechanical aptitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve technical documentation issues with Suppliers and Customers.
- Document nonconformances and corrective actions.
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Inspect inbound and outbound products against documentation.
- Coordinate shipments from the UK and USA.
- Assist with Valve Database administration and order processing.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Liaise with LTS for Export Log maintenance.
- Support ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System processes
