Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting computer issues, and supervising a team of technical support analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting computer issues and providing advice and training.
  • Supervise a team of technical support analysts, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve technical support processes.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.

The Technical Support Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
