Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues.
  • Supervise and train technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical support is aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical support policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze technical support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems and software.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
