Landscape Maintenance Specialist

The Garden Guys Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor horticulture team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks to maintain our clients’ properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Tie and secure plants to ensure stability and safety
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our work sites clean and organized
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Lay sod or seed to create lush, green lawns
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance our clients’ outdoor spaces
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their optimal health and appearance
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and effective work

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform various tasks

  • Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
