We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AJ LANDSCAPING AND LAWNS LTD. As a key member of our outdoor work crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various other tasks to maintain our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and other vegetation
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Lay sod or seed to repair damaged areas
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools
  • Remove trees and other vegetation as needed

Work Environment:
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Work in dusty, hot, and physically demanding environments
  • Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
  • Bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks

Requirements:
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
