Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Experience Manager to join our team at Impact Kitchen. As a Culinary Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will work closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement menu items and recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary needs
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and storage to ensure that ingredients are fresh and available
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality and service
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
