Food Processing Supervisor

Invex Foods Canada Corporation is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our production staff, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities, ensuring that production schedules are met.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with production staff, management, and other departments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food and beverage processing.
- Equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Our production facility is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. As a Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor, you will be working in a fruit and vegetable processing plant with a team of production staff.
