Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Invex Foods Canada Corporation.
Job Summary:The Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong understanding of food and beverage processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food and beverage processing
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
The Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of labourers, process control and machine operators, and other support staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
