We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Food Processing Supervisor to join our team at Invex Foods Canada Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage processing plant.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, including labourers and process control operators
- Prepare and review production reports to ensure efficiency and quality
- Recommend improvements to productivity and product quality
- Coordinate work activities with other departments and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Requisition materials and equipment as needed
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage processing, preferably in a supervisory role
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
