Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Shotz Bar & Grill. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage the bar's budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability.
Staff ManagementSet staff work schedules, manage staff performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers return to Shotz Bar & Grill.
Event ManagementManage events and functions at the bar, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceExperience in a similar role is an asset.
Personal SuitabilityFlexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
Work TermsCasual work term.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
