Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Shotz Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
- Staff Management: Set staff work schedules and ensure effective team management.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide exceptional service.
- Event Management: Manage events and ensure seamless execution.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
