Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Shotz Bar & Grill. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the bar's budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, and kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Staff Management: Set staff work schedules and ensure that our team is well-trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Event Management: Manage events and ensure that our bar is prepared to handle large crowds.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
- Work Schedule: Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliability: Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
