Job Title: Digital Marketing Engagement Specialist

HearUSA is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and developing engaging content to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online presence across all local retail centers and wholesale brands, including community management and content scheduling across all social media channels.
  • Lead the coordination and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on local initiatives, and regular reporting and analysis of campaign results to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Manage website content, updating and modifying it periodically to ensure currency, and developing engaging content for the website and social media platforms, aligning with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to generate reports, track performance, identify trends, and offer actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout project development, aligning closely with Operations and Client Care to guarantee the seamless flow of marketing efforts from lead generation to conversion.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, with education, courses, or certificates in marketing or a similar capacity being a definite asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing capacity, with a minimum of 2 years of prior digital marketing experience, specifically in local Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and community engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to write well, with strong grammar and an engaging style suitable for digital content.
  • Experience in coordinating and optimizing local SEM organic and paid campaigns, and fostering community relations.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, specifically for enhancing local visibility and community interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and principles, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore data to inform marketing strategies.
