  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently to meet their needs.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
