Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at MALWA TIRES & SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations of the motor vehicle repair shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Merge Market Trends: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Purchasing and Inventory: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Budget Planning: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Talent Acquisition and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with regular exposure to heavy loads, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, outgoing, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, client focus, excellent oral communication, judgement, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
