Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage office procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to clients and colleagues.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records to support business operations.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by participating in programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications to support administrative tasks.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours:40 hours per week to ensure adequate support for our team and clients.
