Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage office procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records to support business operations.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by participating in programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications to support administrative tasks.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week to ensure adequate support for our team and clients.
