Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Specialist to join our team at Private Household. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children.
  • Engage children in activities such as games, outings, and homework assistance.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Assist with laundry and ironing.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Employer's home setting.
  • Urban area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Work Environment

Our home is a non-smoking environment, and we require our Child Care Specialist to be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
