Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education: Develop and implement engaging and educational activities for children, including arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
  • Household Management: Assist with household chores, meal preparation, and laundry to maintain a clean and organized home environment.
  • Child Safety and Well-being: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children, including administering medication, handling emergencies, and providing emotional support.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, including daily reports, updates, and feedback.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other household staff to ensure a smooth and efficient household operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
