Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our team at Linds & Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our General Counsel and will play a key role in the success of our real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the General Counsel, including preparing and reviewing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the success of the real estate practice.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a real estate practice, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding organizational, administrative, and technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Teraview and other relevant software.
  • Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Diplomatic, professional, and able to deal with all members of the team.
