Customer Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hamilton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. They should also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via various communication channels
Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvement
Developing and maintaining documentation for system processes and procedures
Collaborating with the development team to implement new systems and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
