Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver seamless and personalized service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handle Transactions and Inquiries: Process customer transactions, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify Customer Needs: Proactively identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other branch staff to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions and maintenance of a positive branch environment.
  • Manage Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, manage vault operations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Develop knowledge of BMO's products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Maintain Branch Appearance: Ensure the branch maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance for customers.
  • Participate in Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell BMO's products and services to customers, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Adhere to Risk Management Policies: Maintain awareness of risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize potential risks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also have prior experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00, depending on location and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
