- Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Develop knowledge of BMO's products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
- Maintain Branch Appearance: Ensure the branch maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance for customers.
- Participate in Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell BMO's products and services to customers, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Adhere to Risk Management Policies: Maintain awareness of risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize potential risks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also have prior experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00, depending on location and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
