Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kiov Incorporated McDonalds.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and manage the ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
Personal Suitability:We are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our staff and management team to achieve our goals.
Experience:7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role is required for this position.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
