Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high-quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
