Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our Medicine Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent physical assessment skills, a strong understanding of medication administration, and experience in telemetry and/or oncologic nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the delivery of exceptional healthcare to patients through various treatments, assessments, monitoring, interdisciplinary reporting, and documentation of patient changes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide relevant information/education to patients and families.
- Apply nursing knowledge through patient assessment and utilize the Three Factor Framework to manage patient care.

Requirements:
- College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate of Registration in good standing.
- RPN Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certificate required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a patient-centered, multi-disciplinary team environment.
