Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Kiehl's Mapleview. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support to customers
  • Identify customer needs and goals, and assist in finding and selecting appropriate products
  • Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge and application techniques
  • Maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails
  • Inform customers about product prices and special offers
  • Generate sales to achieve sales targets by applying brand selling methods and product knowledge
  • Maintain store quality and merchandising standards
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Analytical and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
