Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Cinema Associate to join our team at Cineplex Entertainment. As a Cinema Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional entertainment experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Assist with daily theatre operations, including concessions and cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere
  • Meet and exceed sales and productivity targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work in a smoke-free environment
