  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standardsRequirements:
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
