Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Maple Leaf Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
