About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Internal Service Advisor to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As an Internal Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, coordinating internal work orders, and ensuring that all vehicles are properly reconditioned and ready for sale or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal work orders and sublets to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage and track new car deliveries between Sales, Service, and Clean-up departments.
  • Ensure all vehicles undergo a complete reconditioning process to meet consistency standards.
  • Confirm damage approvals before starting repairs and communicate ETA's for parts to management and CSR staff.
  • Manage work orders and financials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the Service Manager as needed and complete safety checks for used vehicles.
  • Comply with company policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent.
  • CDK Dealer software experience an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical repairs and terminology.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proven data entry and typing skills.
  • Experience in customer service and ability to communicate effectively.

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
