Job Summary

Bramgate Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of commercial transport truck systems. You will also be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and discussing work with supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Discuss work with supervisors
  • Review work orders
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Tire, wheel, and rim mechanic certification
  • Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension, and Brakes) Trade Certification
  • Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
