We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, time sheets, and other documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
