Site Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Development Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and construction of residential projects from start to finish.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all aspects of project development, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, are managed efficiently and effectively.
As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of 1-2 people and providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
In this role, you will also be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, coordinating activities, and requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
