Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized administrative professional to join our team as a Senior Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week, requiring 3-5 years of experience or equivalent in office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and review administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance;
- Manage and oversee administrative activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management;
- Supervise and support a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed;
- Coordinate office services, including procurement, facilities management, and security;
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required;
- Perform payroll administration and other financial duties;
- Oversee and coordinate project coordination tasks and activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma or degree preferred;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with Google Drive and other cloud-based productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in administrative management or a related field;
- Experience with project management software and methodologies;
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
