About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Broker to join our team at Sauce Recruitment Corp. in Calgary, AB.

This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers a unique blend of work-life balance and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and advice on risk identification, insurance policy placement, and review.
  • Prepare key insurance documents, including Broker of Record letters, Underwriting Submissions, and Policy Reviews.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses through research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams to coordinate reverse flow business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant insurance experience, either as a broker or underwriter.
  • Level 2 license; CAIB or CIP designation preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Office 360 and EPIC is a plus.
