Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Thom Thi Le. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, stimulating their cognitive and social development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring they get adequate sleep and relaxation.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing transportation and support.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and reassurance when needed.
  • Help children with homework, promoting their academic development and success.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Reliability, patience, and a caring attitude are essential for this role.
